David Cheers, Field Operations Manager and President of The Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention (FACAP), receives a proclamation from Governor Rick Scott and the State of Florida pledging the state’s support of National Arson Awareness Week’s 2013 theme “Reducing Residential Arson”. FACAP was specifically named in the proclamation due to its support of education and training in the fight against arson.
