David Cheers testified in the State of Florida Circuit Court last month as an origin and cause expert on behalf of HomeWise Insurance Company. After presenting his testimony regarding his fire and explosion investigation, the jury found in favor of HomeWise and further ordered the insured to repay monies previously provided.
