The Florida State Attorney’s Office recently requested David Cheers to testify on their behalf on an arson case where he had performed an investigation for Security First Insurance Company. With David’s testimony as an fire origin and cause expert, the State of Florida was able to convict the defendant on all eight crimes of which he was charged including arson and insurance fraud.
