Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. is recalling approximately 45,457 Volkswagen Tiguan vehicles with sunroofs manufactured since December 2016. The LED module for the panoramic sunroof ambient light bar may short circuit.
According to the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration, Volkswagen will notify owners, and dealers will disconnect the power supply for the panoramic sunroof LED module, until a future service action can safely reactivate the feature.
