William T "Bumper" Moylan for IAAI Board of Directors
Jack Ward Fire Consultants is proud to support a Florida fire investigator, William T. “Bumper” Moylan, in his bid for election to the Board of Directors of the International Association of Arson Investigators. Bumper is an active member in the Florida Chapter of the IAAI where he is currently in his second term as President. With twenty-eight years of law enforcement experience, seventeen years in the fire service and having been a member of the International for twenty-five years, we cannot think of a more qualified individual to represent Florida on the board. Bumper is currently employed by a national origin and cause firm conducting fire investigations from his office in Tampa, Florida. Please support Bumper when you vote in the early 2012 election.
